Interstate Music's No Hassle Return Policy

Interstate proudly offers a 45 day money back return policy (less shipping costs). If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Interstate, simply call or e-mail us within forty five days of receipt to arrange the details of your return and to obtain a return authorization number.

To facilitate an easy return process, we ask that all returns must:
  • include a return authorization number
  • be in original, undamaged, new condition. This includes no nicks, scratches, screw marks on rack mount ears or other bumps and bruises
  • include all warranty cards, literature, owner's manuals, accessories, and packaging. To be sure you can take advantage of our No-Hassle policy, please save ALL of your packaging and don't send in the warranty card until you are confident you are happy with your purchase.

All returns are subject to inspection. We may, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee up to 20% for items received with marks, scratches or damage; or for items without original packaging pieces.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit refund to appear on your statement.

Returns of special order merchandise and drop-ship items may be subject to manufacturers' restocking fees.

Please be aware of where you are sending a product being returned to us. Many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If you are returning, be careful not to send the product back to the manufacturer by mistake.

(Due to copyright issues, health issues and obviously-used issues, we cannot accept returns on software, harmonicas, videos, books, drumsticks, drumheads, pickups, raw frame speakers, mouth-blown instruments, mouthpieces, earplugs, in-ear monitors, and close proximity hand-held vocal microphones.)

If the item you are sending isn't something you'd like to receive as a NEW product, then the next customer that buys it probably won't think much of it either.
